Returns & Refunds

At BapHood, we want you to love your order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not charge a return handling fee or restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where applicable. We also do not accept returns for gift cards, custom or personalized items, or items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification.

This EU right of withdrawal is in addition to, and does not limit, our 30-day return policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@baphood.com within 14 days after receiving your order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

For EU right of withdrawal returns, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
